This pretty cottage is situated within a landscaped courtyard which it shares with other stylish cottages and barns. Located in the peaceful and picturesque village of Over Haddon it is within close proximity of the spectacular countryside that is Lathkill Dale, and only a few minutes walk from the famous Lathkil Hotel. Arbour Cottage offers a wonderful base to explore the surrounding area – with spectacular views and glorious walks to pretty villages with fine pubs and good restaurants. Here you can find tranquillity and relaxation, and yet still be in the heart of the Peak with Bakewell only a couple of miles away.

Ground Floor:

Arbour cottage is a charming property all on one level. Entry into the cottage is through a hallway with doors leading off to all the rooms.

Firstly the spacious open plan LIVING AREA. This attractive room has exposed wooden beams, tiled floor and large front windows letting in a good degree of sunlight. The room is tastefully furnished with a double leather settee, and farmhouse style pine wooden dining table and sideboard. Thee Kitchen area is at the rear and is fully fitted with modern units and is very well equipped with electric oven gas hob and extractor unit, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dish washer.. You will find TV and DVD player and also a music centre for use during your stay.

The next door leads to the BATHROOM comprising of a white suite including a whirlpool bath with electric power shower over, also a wash had basin and toilet.

The third door takes you into the DOUBLE BEDROOM which has a lovely five foot four poster bed, and has part exposed stonework.

All the furniture is from ‘Indigo’ one of the top 10 furniture shops in the UK according to ‘The Independent’.

Outside:
To the front of the cottage is a patio area which is equipped with a decorative cast iron table for two.

Duvets and linen and provided. Gas fired central heating and power included. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, Colour TV, DVD Player, music centre, external lighting, garden furniture.
Towels are available at £2.00 per person – please request on booking or before arrival

Should you wish to book this cottage, ring up first to check availability, and then complete the attached booking form together with a deposit cheque of £100 per week made payable to ‘Beechwood Property Portfolio Limited’.

The balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday. Once your booking form and cheque are received, your booking will be confirmed in writing.

Anyone cancelling within 6 weeks of the holiday will owe the full amount of the holiday unless we can relet the holiday, in which case the deposit only will be forfeited.
