This stylish wooden clad barn with floor to ceiling windows is to be found within a landscaped courtyard which it shares with other stylish cottages and barns.

Located in the peaceful and picturesque village of Over Haddon it is within close proximity of the spectacular countryside that is Lathkill Dale, and only a few minutes walk from the famous Lathkil Hotel. Manor Barn offers a wonderful base to explore the surrounding area – with spectacular views and glorious walks to pretty villages with fine pubs and good restaurants. Here you can find tranquillity and relaxation, and yet still be in the heart of the Peak with Bakewell only a couple of miles away.

Ground Floor:

You enter the barn through an attractive light and airy hallway which leads through to the modern fully equipped KITCHEN with wooden units. Here you will find everything you require for your stay - with electric oven ceramic hob and extractor unit, larder fridge, freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dish washer. Along the hall next to the kitchen is a downstairs cloakroom/WC, and opposite a storage cupboard which also houses the freezer. The hall then leads to the back door which opens onto an enclosed courtyard where you will find the hot tub. Also on the ground floor is the large attractive LOUNGE/DINING ROOM in creams and browns with leather settees and easy chairs and the wooden furniture including the dining table being of mango. There are floor to ceiling windows along the full length of the room, and at the far end is a 42” plasma TV and DVD.

First Floor:
The stairs lead from the hallway up to the first floor where there is a modern style family bathroom in black white and chrome with a bath/shower, wash hand basin and toilet. The tastefully decorated MASTER BEDROOM has a king sized bed fitted double wardrobes and an en-suite with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet. The next bedroom you come to along the hall is a BUNK BEDDED ROOM, and the third room is a DOUBLE BEDDED ROOM with a King sized bed, and a large window with super views.

To the front of the cottage is a patio area with a large garden and cast iron table and chairs for al fresco eating, which can be mad private by means of a temporary fence. To the rear is an enclosed private decked area with seating and a hot tub

Should you wish to book this cottage, ring up first to check availability, and then complete the attached booking form together with a deposit cheque of £100 per week made payable to ‘Beechwood Property Portfolio Limited’.

The balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday. Once your booking form and cheque are received, your booking will be confirmed in writing.

Anyone cancelling within 6 weeks of the holiday will owe the full amount of the holiday unless we can relet the holiday, in which case the deposit only will be forfeited.
