Ground Floor:

You enter the house by a spacious hallway which leads to a light and airy large LOUNGE furnished to an extremely high quality, with leather sofa and armchairs and a large flat screen TV and DVD. French doors open onto the patio and lawned area to the rear and a single door leads to the side garden with beautiful views over Lathkill Dale. We cross the hallway again to the DINING/KITCHEN which is exceptionally well equipped and has a pine table seating six. Also on this floor is a UTILITY/ CLOAKROOM equipped with washer/dryer and with a toilet and wash hand basin.

First Floor:
There are two good sized DOUBLE BEDROOMS, furnished in great taste - one having a five foot leather sleigh bed and has a stylish en-suite shower room with toilet, and the other double room has a five foot bed, wardrobe and matching chest of drawers. The third bedroom has a single bed which incorporates a pull out single bed. The family bathroom has a whirlpool bath with shower over, wash hand basin and toilet.

Outside:
The front of Greenster house leads into a shared courtyard. The large private garden accessed from the side through a wooden gate, is totally secure and there are two sets of garden furniture for al fresco dining on the patio area. The garden is lawned with raised flower beds and has lovely views of the surrounding area.

There are two private parking spaces that are outside the garden gate for your exclusive use, and communal car parking across the road for any visitors.

Should you wish to book this cottage, ring up first to check availability, and then complete the attached booking form together with a deposit cheque of £100 per week made payable to ‘Beechwood Property Portfolio Limited’.

The balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday. Once your booking form and cheque are received, your booking will be confirmed in writing.

Anyone cancelling within 6 weeks of the holiday will owe the full amount of the holiday unless we can relet the holiday, in which case the deposit only will be forfeited.
