Bakewell which is situated in the heart of the Peak District National Park, and is a picturesque market town is the perfect base to explore all that the area has to offer. 6 Regency House is a compact one bedroom apartment on the second floor within a stylish terrace in the centre of the town. The apartment is accessed via a shared hallway and staircase, and located to the rear of the property is a delightful large garden. Bakewell itself has many superb facilities to offer – parks and gardens along the river Wye, shopping, cafes, bistros and restaurants and a small leisure centre, not to mention the renowned ‘Bakewell Market’ every Monday. Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are both a short car ride away.
The entrance to Regency House is shared with two other apartments on the ground and first floors. No.6 is at the top of the House up three flights of stairs. The beautiful secluded garden at the rear of the property is also shared with the other two apartments, and there is also use of a BBQ.
Entering the main door of the building take the stairs to the top floor and you enter the hall to the living room, a light airy room with fantastic views over Bakewell and the countryside beyond. The room is tastefully decorated in creams and browns, with a wooden effect laminate floor throughout. It is furnished with a leather double sprung sofa bed, a leather arm chair, and a dining table and chairs. A colour TV /Freebox and a small music centre are all available to make your stay more enjoyable. This room is heated by an electric storage radiator. The Kitchen is off the main room and has an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer along with all the basics that you will require.
Moving back along the hall the first room on the left is the bathroom which has a bath with shower over and a wash hand basin and toilet, and heated by an electric fan heater.
At the end of the hall is the bedroom furnished with a double bed with brass bedstead, fitted wardrobe, elegant desk and wooden rocking chair There is a colour TV,DVD player, radio and music centre. This room again is heated by electric storage radiator.

How to Book
Should you wish to book this property, ring up first to check availability, and then we will send you a booking form for you to return together with a deposit cheque of £100 per week made payable to ‘Derbyshire Cottages Limited’.
The balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday. Once your booking form and cheque are received, your booking will be confirmed in writing.
Anyone cancelling within 6 weeks of the holiday will owe the full amount of the holiday unless we can relet the holiday, in which case the deposit only will be forfeited.
