Sunnyside has mullioned windows, a delightful large cottage garden to the front, and walled private garden with flagged patio and seating area to the rear. The location is perfect for anyone wishing to explore the wonderful rambles on Curbar, Froggatt and Baslow Edges which are right on the doorstep. The Edges are renowned for their outstanding views, and impressive crags - with excellent climbing for the more adventurous. Chatsworth House, the medieval manor - Haddon Hall and the pretty market town of Bakewell are all just a short car ride away.

Ground Floor:
The front door leads you via the hallway into the spacious LOUNGE with DINING AREA this has an attractive settee and two large armchairs looking towards the open coal fire, with a dining table and dresser behind. Moving through into the well fitted DINING KITCHEN with a tiled floor, you will find this has all the essentials you require for your stay, and also has a kitchen table for four. Leaving the kitchen and going towards the hall you will find a separate utility room with washer and dryer.
First Floor:
The pine wood staircase takes you up to the TWO BEDROOMS, both with wardrobes, one having a double bed and the other twin beds. The large BATHROOM has wash hand basin, toilet, and bath with shower over.

Duvets, linen and towels provided. Gas central heating and power included. Electric Hob and Oven. Washer and Dryer. Fridge/Freezer. Colour TV, DVD Player, Open coal fire with coal provided, high chair available (no cot), Phone – for emergency services only
How to Book
Should you wish to book this cottage, ring up first to check availability, and then complete the booking form together with a deposit cheque of £100 per week made payable to ‘Derbyshire Cottages Limited’.
The balance is payable 6 weeks before the holiday. Once your booking form and cheque are received, your booking will be confirmed in writing.
Anyone cancelling within 6 weeks of the holiday will owe the full amount of the holiday unless we can relet the holiday, in which case the deposit only will be forfeited.
